1.  All users are required to exhibit fair play and ethical conduct when using this site. T6poker reserves the right to monitor user behavior and to take any measures that are reasonable and necessary against any user found circumventing or attempting to circumvent the rules of fair play and ethical conduct.

2.  All users may only create, use and deposit to one account. Users who are found to have more than one account or allow other users access their account are subject to account suspension or revocation and forfeiture of their tournament points and cash account balances.

3.  Any user found harassing another player or observer is subject to account suspension or termination.

4.  Any user found asking another player for play or real money is subject to account suspension or termination.

5.  Discussion of hands, including hand possibilities and discards, by players and observers is prohibited until all action is complete.

6.  Any unethical play, including soft playing or chip dumping, may result in account suspension or termination.

7.  Collusion between players, including but not limited to the sharing of hole cards or accounts, is prohibited. T6poker reserves the right to enforce measures to prevent collusion, including but not limited to, restriction of seating, exclusion from a particular table/tournament and/or prohibiting users from playing together at a particular table/tournament.

8.  The use of outside assistance, including but not limited to external assistance programs (EPA Programs), designed to provide an unfair advantage, is strictly prohibited. This use includes computer software and non-software-based databases or profiles, i.e. websites and subscription services. T6poker defines an unfair advantage as accessing or compiling information or data about other players from means other than through personal game play observation.

9.  The use of any and all artificial intelligence devices, including “robots” or “bots”, is strictly prohibited. Users may only use or make use of the T6poker game software. T6poker reserves the right to monitor play and employ sophisticated software to detect the use of artificial intelligence devices, including but not limited to, the inspection of concurrent software operations being employed by the user’s computer for possible fraudulent purposes.

10.  In the event T6poker determines a user has engaged in improper, dishonest, fraudulent and/or unlawful behavior or activity while using this site, T6poker reserves the right to take action against the user. Such prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to, any prohibitions already outlined in this TOS, the making of fraudulent payments, including the use of an unauthorized credit card, fraudulent chargeback or money laundering. T6poker’s response may include, but is not limited to, account termination, seizure of all real money in the offender’s account, disclosure of the user’s identity and behavior to the relevant credit card company, bank and/or any authorized person or entity that is legally entitled to such information, and/or the initiation of legal action against the offending user.

11.  English is the official language of T6poker and, as such, all conversation (chat) at an active table or tournament must be conducted in English. Violation of this term may result in the suspension of the offending user’s conversation (chat) privileges. T6poker will host country-specific tournaments during which the primary language of that country is permitted during play.

12.  In games employing blinds, the big blind will always rotate clockwise to the next player. The small blind will always rotate clockwise to the next player, the player who paid the previous big blind. If the player in the big blind leaves the table, there may be no small blind in the next hand. Normally, the button will rotate clockwise and move to the seat that was the previous small blind.

13.  In the event of a split pot, any “extra chips” will be awarded to the remaining active players, one at a time, starting with the player to the left of the button.

14.  Players will time out after 20 seconds if they do not act on their hand. In such a case, the player’s hand will be check-folded, and the player’s status will be changed to “sitting out”.

15.  T6poker reserves the right to revise, modify or amend the Rules and TOS at any time without notice to the user. Such revisions, modifications or amendments will take effect immediately upon their publication on the T6poker.com website. It is the sole responsibility of the user to review and keep up-to-date with the Rules and Policies of the T6poker.com website.

16.  By using the T6poker.com website, you agree that you have read and understand and will adhere to and be bound by the rules and policies outlined in this Terms of Service.

17.  The decisions of the T6poker management are final in all matters.
