T6Poker provides this notice to allow you to understand how we collect, store, use and safeguard information relating to you and for you to understand your rights in relation to that information. Players are able to change account details by selecting an Account option in the downloaded software.
Deposits and Withdrawals
To play for real money, Players will need to make a deposit. In the course of making a deposit, Players will need to provide deposit method information (example: credit card number). This information, together with your other personal information, might be used to clear financial transactions executed by you with T6Poker.
Who receives your information?

If, in our sole determination, you are found to have cheated or attempted to defraud T6Poker, or any other user of the Service in any way including but not limited to game manipulation or payment fraud, or if we suspect you of fraudulent payment, including use of stolen credit cards, or any other fraudulent activity (including any chargeback or other reversal of a payment) or prohibited transaction (including money laundering), we reserve the right to share this information (together with your identity) with other online gaming sites, banks, credit card companies, and appropriate agencies.
Accuracy of the information
We aim to keep our information about you as accurate as possible.
